Welcome to BOBOART (the "Platform"). The Platform is currently a non-commercial internal collaboration tool for e-commerce visual style review and annotation. By accessing or using the Platform, you agree to these Terms of Service.
The Platform offers image comparison, annotation, commenting, and style aggregation features. Accounts fall into two roles: administrator (admin) and inspector. The Platform is in Beta; features may change or be temporarily unavailable without notice.
You may sign in using credentials issued by us or via Google OAuth. You are responsible for keeping your sign-in credentials secure. We are not liable for losses arising from your failure to safeguard them.
Images under review are uploaded by administrators only; regular users (inspectors) do not upload images and only contribute region annotations, comments and reactions on existing material.
Administrators warrant that any image they upload is owned by them or properly licensed for upload, and that it does not violate any applicable law (including infringing, unlawful, obscene, or defamatory content). All users warrant that their comments and annotations do not contain unlawful content. You bear sole responsibility for disputes arising from material you upload or content you submit.
Administrators retain copyright in the images they upload. By creating annotations, comments, or scores on the Platform, you grant the operator a limited license to use, display, and aggregate those contributions strictly to provide the collaborative features of the Platform.
The Platform is provided "as is" with no express or implied warranties of availability, accuracy, or fitness for a particular purpose. To the extent permitted by law, the operator is not liable for any losses caused by service interruptions, data loss, or third-party dependency failures.
You may stop using the Platform at any time. If you materially breach these Terms (e.g. uploading unlawful content), the operator may terminate your access immediately.
These Terms may be revised at any time. Updates take effect on publication on this page; the "Last updated" date at the top will be revised. Material changes will be highlighted at sign-in.
Mandatory consumer protection laws of your jurisdiction apply. Other disputes shall be resolved by good-faith negotiation in the first instance. Contact: info@odysbo.com.
